Do you live in Basingstoke or Deane and need support with daily living skills, emotional wellbeing, confidence, mental health or budgeting?

Do you need help to find more suitable accommodation or access  services in your community such as education, training, healthcare or leisure?

Do you want skilled, friendly staff on hand who understand your needs and can listen and help with any issues you have?

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions then you should talk to us as there’s a good chance we can help you.

Welfare Reform and Money Advice Service

Basingstoke First Point are also now providing a drop-in service offering free advice on the new reforms to welfare benefits.  We also provide information and basic debt/money advice to clients.  The service is funded by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and hosted in their offices.  The service is available fortnightly on a Monday between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.  Please click here for further information.

Our staff are some of the best in the business and are highly trained.  They can offer you support the way that you want it.

We’ll listen to you to see what you want and we’ll always put you at the centre of your own support plan.

Our services are really good.  Our services have scored As and Bs in the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework and we are currently aiming for A scores for all our services.
