No two days are ever the same here and I can find myself in a meeting with new staff one day and up in London representing what we do the next. For me, my work is an absolute pleasure and passion. Hi, I’m Sally Hutfield. I’m the Director of Operations and the Deputy Chief Executive at YOU. I’m in charge of all operational matters across the organisation including making sure we provide excellent, person-centred services to you as well as opening new and exciting services. I’m really proud of our team of staff who are skilled, committed people able to provide you with the best service they can. I love working here – it can be very busy at times but it’s worth it when I know we make a difference to so many people each year.
Hi, I’m Jonathan Crutchfield and I’m the Director of Corporate and Property Services and Company Secretary. Working with other members of the Management Team and Trustees, it’s my job to make sure things run smoothly ‘behind the scenes’. With a background in professional social work and delivering social care services (plus a career long interest in legal matters!) my work spans company and charity governance support, risk management, contracting, insurance, property, housing law, legal compliance, web development... the list, and the excitement just goes on!
Hello, I’m Jim Bain and I’m the Director of Finance. With the rest of the Finance Team, we keep a track of the organisation’s money, making sure that we continue to be sensible with our finances, invest our assets intelligently and offer the very best value for money with our services. I work closely with Management Team colleagues and Trustees ensuring that key decisions about the business continue to drive growth and add to our financial strength.
