As an Investor in People Champion and Times 100 Employer, ensuring we engage with our staff in appropriate and meaningful ways is key to promoting a culture of learning and personal/professional growth. Part of that has seen an investment in some truly innovative e-learning packages which we’ve developed and made available for our staff.
Already, our staff have really shown their engagement and commitment to this style of learning and, in the last two weeks, 179 e-learning modules have been passed! This is a fantastic amount and something we wanted to share. For us, it tells us that e-learning is a useful way of engaging with and training our staff, it tells us that our staff are committed to learning and it also tells us that our staff are skilled and knowledgable in their chosen field.
