I’m writing this sat in the departure lounge waiting to be called to board the 11:15 to London Heathrow. I’ve a real sense of having had a journey in both the travel sense but also in the personal journey sense.
There have been inevitable obstacles to overcome which needed a ‘can do’ response. Meeting new people, I’ve wanted to ensure their experience of the YOU representative is nothing but excellent.
